1. Minister’s Schedule
From 10 A.M. today, Unification Minister Kwon Youngse is attending a
seminar entitled “Ten Years after the UN COI: Pressure Points and the
Future of the North Korean Human Rights Movement” to deliver
congratulatory remarks.
At 11:30 A.M., Minister Kwon will meet with graduate students of
Johns Hopkins University in the Korea Studies Program and provide
words of encouragement.
On March 21, Minister Kwon will attend a plenary session of the
National Assembly’s Foreign Affairs & Unification Committee at
2:30 P.M.
2. Vice Minister’s Schedule
On March 24, Vice Minister Kim Ki Woong will attend a symposium
organized by the Central Association for National Unification of Korea
and deliver congratulatory remarks.

military general who covered his face among the entourage of Kim Jong
Un. Has the Ministry been able to identify who this is?
A) It is difficult to identify an individual from a photograph. We
will analyze it with relevant agencies.
