On September 6, Unification Minister Kwon Youngse delivered
congratulatory remarks at a symposium on unification hosted by the
Central Association for National Unification of Korea.
Through his remarks, Minister Kwon promised to lay a platform to
discuss unification by embracing diverse opinions across generations
and ideologies and expressing creative will for unification based on
myriad perspectives. He also mentioned that the government would draw
a blueprint for the future of unification that people dream of, while
at the same time raising public awareness of and consensus on the
value of peaceful unification.
