R.O.K Government’s Stance on remarks

o As Chairman Kim's remarks
were reported by North Korean state media including Rodong Sinmun
and KCNA, the ROKG is trying to find out the actual intention and
facts behind his comments.
o The Government will consult with
the North on its request at any time with regards to the matter,
from the aspects of protecting the property of our people,
respecting the spirit of inter-Korean agreements, and resuming and
activating Mt. Geumgang tours as the necessary conditions are in place.
