Regarding Flood Relief to North Korea

Due to recent heavy rain in North Korea, including areas such as
Sinuiju City of North Pyeongan Province and Jagang Province, North
Korean residents have reportedly experienced immense damage.
First of all, I would like to express my deepest condolences to the
North Korean residents who have been affected by the heavy rainfall.
Aware of the humanitarian challenges faced by North Korean
residents, we are willing to promptly provide urgently needed relief
to affected North Koreans from a humanitarian perspective and in the
spirit of brotherhood.
We are ready to discuss details including relief items, amount of
aid supplies and delivery method together with the DPRK Red Cross
Society, and look forward to the North’s prompt response.
