Minister Kang Kyung-wha. A few days ago, I heard a detailed
report about the reckless comment made by the South Korean
Foreign Minister on the emergency anti-epidemic measures of
the DPRK during her visit to the Middle East. It can be seen
from the absurd remarks made by Foreign Minister Kang
without any consideration of the consequences that she is
too eager to further chill the frozen relations between
North and South Korea. Her real intention is very clear. We
