On May 25, the North Korean media reported thatthe Presidium of the
Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) of the DPRK sent a message of
greetings to the Central Standing Committee of the General Association
of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) on the occasion of its 65th
anniversary of the formation of Chongryon.
On May 25, the North Korean media expressed congratulations on the
65th anniversary of the formation of Chongryon, saying that they are
“our affectionate family members and revolutionary comrades.”
