1. Minister’s Schedules
Minister Ryoo Kihl-jae will sit down for a meeting with inter-Korean trade and economic cooperation business personnel at the Special Office for Inter-Korean Dialogue at 3 P.M.
On Tuesday(12.24), Minister Ryoo will attend the cabinet meeting at 10 A.M.
On Thursday(12.26), Minister will attend the completion ceremony of a gymnasium at Hanawon and meet with the North Korean refugees for encouragement.
At 2 P.M., Minister will attend the National Assembly’s general meeting for deliberation on the 2014 budget bill.
On Friday(12.27), Minister will attend the Institute for Unification Education’s 2013 award ceremony for the men of merit on unification education.
2. Vice Minister’s Schedules
Today at 3 P.M., Vice Minister Kim Nam-sik will accompany Chairman Kang Chang-hee of the National Assembly on his year-end visit to Yeomyung School to encourage the North Korean youth refugees studying at the alternative school.
On Tuesday(12.24), Vice Minister Kim attend the subcommittee for the bill evaluation of the National Assembly’s Foreign Affairs and Unification Committee at 10 A.M.
On Friday(12.27), Vice Minister will attend the vice-ministers’ conference at 4 P.M.
3. Entry and exit status
891 South Korean citizens will enter and 357 will exit the GIC today. A total of 265 people stayed in the GIC yesterday.
