We have not received a response from the North yet regarding our proposal to hold working-level contacts for family reunions.
2. North Korea’s announcement on holding election of delegates to the 13th Supreme People’s Assembly
North Korea announced that according to the decision made by the Supreme People’s Assembly(SPA) Presidium, the 13th SPA will be held on March 9th to elect delegates.
3. Regarding Kim Jong Un’s birthday
There is no unusual movement regarding North Korea’s First Chairman of the National Defense Commission, Kim Jong Un’s birthday.
4. Entry and exit status
The Gaeseong Industrial Complex(GIC) is operating as usual. 405 South Korean citizens will enter and 418 will exit the GIC today. A total of 819 people stayed in the GIC yesterday.
