Minister Ryoo Kihl-jae convened an executive meeting today at 9 A.M.
Tomorrow(5.13) Minister Ryoo will attend the cabinet meeting at 10 A.M.
2. Vice Minister’s Schedules
Vice Minister Kim Nam-sik will attend the vice-ministers’ conference on Thursday(5.15) at 4 P.M.
3. Job Fair for North Korean Refugees in Daegu and North Gyeongsang area
The Ministry of Unification, together with the North Korean Refugees Foundation(Korea Hana Foundation) will hold a job fair for North Korean refugees on Wednesday(5.14) at Exco, Daegu with 30 companies from Daegu and North Gyeongsang area.
Following the first job fair in Busan, this is the second job fair where the North Korean refugees residing in Daegu and the surrounding areas can experience various activities including finding out about different companies and taking on-site interviews.
The job fair is hosted by the Unification Ministry and sponsored by related government entities and organizations such as the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the National Police Agency, and the Small and Medium Business Administration. A total of 6 job fairs will be held this year across the nation.
4. Entry and exit status
873 South Korean citizens will enter and 372 will exit the GIC today. A total of 294 people stayed in the GIC yesterday.
