A. The Government sent a message to the North last week, but there is no new response coming from the North.

Q. With suspected cases of African swine fever being reported from areas including Paju, Yeoncheon and Gimpo, there are views that the disease likely crossed from North Korea. Have you received any details regarding this from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs?

A. We have not received any details regarding this issue. The Ministry will carefully look into the situation through consultations with related agencies.
