Q. There was a report that the freight train service between Dandong
and North Korea will resume by August 9 and truck operation is
expected to be possible by the end of this month. Does the Ministry
have more information regarding the move to resume trade between North
Korea and China?
A. The Ministry has been closely monitoring the recent developments
between North Korea and China, as well as the reports related to the
resumption of the North Korea-China freight train. However, the
Ministry does not have further details to provide at this point.
