1. Vice Minister’s Schedules
Vice Minister Kim Chun-sig delivered congratulatory remarks at the launching ceremony of the ‘2nd Youth DMZ Camp’ on Wednesday, 08:30 A.M. at the EBS Broadcasting Center.
At 15:00 P.M., Vice Minister Kim will have a meeting with the British Ambassador Scott Wightman.
2. MOU on ‘Promotion of Unification Preparation Projects’
The Ministry of Unification(Minister Yu Woo-ik), Nonghyup (Chairman Choi Won-Byung), and the 'Supporters of Korean Unification(Chairman Moon Mu-hong)' signed a MOU on 'Promotion of Cooperative Unification Preparation Projects' on August 8th(Wed), 11:00 A.M. at the grand conference room of the Ministry of Unification.
The three parties will cooperate in various areas such as promotion of unification preparation promotion, production and distribution of coin banks in the shape of the Unification Jar, fund-raising campaign, and development of financial products and cooperative projects.
3. Online Survey on the Facebook
The Ministry of Unification will conduct an online survey on the ministry’s Facebook page from August 8th to 24th as a means to boost people’s interest in unification preparations and garner their commitment toward unification. We ask for your active participation and interest in the event.
