On July 8, Minister Kwon Youngse paid a courtesy visit to Kim
Ryoung-ha, the head of the Association of Korean Native Religions, and
exchanged views on the direction of the new administration’s North
Korea policy.
Minister Kwon explained that a North Korea policy based on
principles would benefit both the South and the North and requested
that native religions take a leading role in opening the door to dialogue.
Kim Ryong-ha assured that Korean native religions would cooperate
with the Government to normalize inter-Korean relations.
