On December 16, Unification Minister Kwon Youngse invited ambassadors
from major countries and heads of international organizations in Korea
and held “UniOn Talks”, talks on unification and North Korean policies.
Minister Kwon said that “only if we consistently implement the
policies for unification with North Korea based on bipartisan
cooperation and solid support from the global community, we will be
able to carry out dialogues and cooperation on the basis of trust with
North Korea”, underlining international cooperation on unification and
North Korean policies.
The Ministry of Unification will routinely hold the venue for
dialogue, “UniOn Talks”, with the international community and push
ahead with progressive policies on unification and North Korea.
