-North Korea sent us notification that it would one-sidedly change the venue for the 3rd Working-level Consultative Meeting on Clearing Settlement, originally scheduled in Paju on March 15, to Gaesong on the grounds of the current situation in South Korea.
-It is regrettable that despite our stable domestic situation, North Korea has called it into question to demand a change of venue.
-We, South Korea, expect that the meeting will be held tomorrow as scheduled.
-We have made it clear that we will carry out all policies consistently for the development of inter-Korean relations. We urge North Korea to cooperate with us so that inter-Korean dialogue, exchange, and cooperation can be pursued without fail according to the agreed-upon schedule.
-We will send telephone notification on our position to North Korea by tomorrow.
