o Through telephone notification issued under the name of Kim Gwang-lim, chairman of the Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation Promotion Committee, South Korea, today,
- We expressed regret over the failure to hold the 3rd Working-level Consultative Meeting on Clearing Settlement as scheduled because North Korea one-sidedly broke its agreement with South Korea.
- We made it clear that there is no reason the meeting cannot be held in South Korea as we are consistently carrying out all policies for the development of inter-Korean relations.
o We also urged North Korea to consult on the schedule so that the meeting can be held in Paju as soon as possible.
